Mary Elizabeth Kellerman is an Associate at Harrington, Ocko & Monk, where she works on a wide range of insurance defense matters.
Before joining the firm, Mary gained diverse legal experience in trusts and estates, real estate, and general business law through externships, internships, and a competitive fellowship. In 2022, she was selected for the New York Bar Foundation’s prestigious Trusts and Estates Law Section Fellowship, during which she served in the Chambers of the Honorable Judge Brandon R. Sall at the Westchester County Surrogate’s Court.
Mary earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2024. While in law school, she served as Case Note & Comment Editor for the Pace Law Review and President of the Estate Planning and Tax Law Society. In 2017, she graduated summa cum laude from Manhattan University with dual B.A.’s in English and Psychology.
