We focus on assisting clients in aggressively, intelligently, and ethically obtaining judgments and/or collecting on debts owed pursuant to loan agreements, negotiable instruments, promissory notes, lease agreements, contracts for goods sold and delivered, and services rendered. We also represent employees seeking to recover damages for breach of employment agreements relating to unpaid wages, sales commissions, or bonuses.
