Representative Matters:

• Represented an international moving and storage company in multiple acquisitions of mixed use commercial properties in New York City, Connecticut and Florida. In this role, we have also advised and assisted our clients in obtaining initial financial for such acquisitions and in refinancing such loans.

• Counsel to the owner of a 60,000 Sq. Ft. office building in Westchester County in connection with it leasing and property management matters.

• Represented Fordham University in connection with the long-term lease of its new Westchester County Campus in West Harrison, NY.

• Represented many corporate and business client tenants in connection with their leasing needs in New York City, Westchester County, Connecticut, New Jersey and Florida, including large office leases, warehouse and industrial facilities leases, retail leases with respect to high end fashion stores and shopping center properties, cellular communication leases and gas station/convenience store leases.
