Allison Sanders

Allison Sanders is a Partner with the Insurance Defense team handling litigation matters involving premises liability, labor law, medical malpractice and the Child Victims Act. Prior to joining the firm, Allison obtained litigation experience at an insurance defense firm, representing medical facilities, physicians and nursing homes. Prior to specializing in insurance defense, Allison obtained extensive litigation and appellate experience representing financial institutions and private lenders.

Allison received her Bachelor’s Degree from Ithaca College in 2006 and earned her Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law in 2009. Allison is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York.
