Allison Sanders

Allison Sanders is an Senior Associate with the Insurance Defense team handling litigation matters involving premises liability, labor law, medical malpractice and the Child Victims Act. Prior to joining the firm, Allison obtained litigation experience at Vigorito, Barker, Patterson, Nichols & Porter, LLP representing medical facilities, physicians and nursing homes. Prior to specializing in insurance defense, Allison obtained extensive litigation and appellate experience representing financial institutions and private lenders with Knuckles, Komosinksi and Manfro, LLP.

Allison received her Bachelor’s Degree from Ithaca College in 2006 and earned her J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 2009. Allison has been named a Rising Star by New York Super Lawyers in 2019 and 2021. Allison is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York.

Allison currently lives in Westchester County with her husband, two daughters and cockapoo.
