Harrington, Ocko & Monk’s real estate practice group represents owners and developers in the acquisition and financing of properties located primarily in New York City and Westchester County, including office buildings, condominium portfolios, retail stores and mixed-use properties. Our attorneys have substantial experience in leasing transactions, assisting both owners/landlords and commercial tenants with all types of commercial and residential leasing matters. In addition, we advise and guide our clients — owners/developers, general contractors and subcontractors — in negotiating and drafting construction-related agreements. We also have experience representing banking institutions and other lenders in all aspects of commercial and residential secured lending.

At Harrington, Ocko & Monk, our attorneys regularly collaborate across practice areas to provide our clients with comprehensive representation. Our real estate work often crosses over to our corporate and litigation groups. For example, as our real estate lawyers handle complex commercial leasing matters, we may need to represent a client involved in landlord-tenant litigation.
