Rachel M. Lust is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation and Corporate Law Groups. Prior to joining Harrington, Ocko & Monk, LLP, Rachel worked at Dorf Nelson & Zauderer LLP where she obtained extensive litigation experience working on commercial litigation matters involving time in court, discovery, drafting motions and mediation. In addition, Rachel also handled real estate transactions at her prior firms.
Rachel received her Bachelor’s Degree from Union College in 2012 and earned her JD from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2019 cum laude. While at Pace University Rachel served on Pace Law Review as the Executive Production Editor. Rachel is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut and New York, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Rachel, her husband Daniel, daughters Dylan and Sloane reside in Armonk, New York. In her spare time Rachel enjoys skiing, playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with her family on the weekends.
